Located in Calgary, Alberta, The District at Beltline (“the District”), consists of approximately 350,000 rentable square feet of Class A office space. Purchased by Spear Street Capital in 2018, the District provides tenants with a campus environment including a newly built, food hall in the center of the complex.
The 4,000 sq. ft. Built space at the District attracted significant interest prior to completion and ultimately leased to Google (NASDAQ: GOOG). Google was searching for move-in ready, hassle-free space with top-of-the-line finishes and Spear Street’s Built program provided just that.
